Includes Booster and Master Cylinder. This setup utilizes a new American made Bendix power brake booster with increased sensitivity and a 5 year warranty, new large capacity dual chamber master cylinder, specially designed mounting bracket to allow direct bolt in while retaining the original brake pedal assembly and clearance of the shock tower. The push rod is preset but is adjustable to move the pedal height up or down. The only modification necessary is bending new lines from the master cylinder to the distribution block. Straight lines for this purpose are also available. This kit is very easy to install and works well on both drum and disc brake cars, adding improved braking along with the added safety of a dual chamber master cylinder.
Note - We offer a rebuilt distribution block, part number C7ZZ-2B257-A, which is not included in the kit. This part is highly recommended for 64-66 disc brake cars. Cars from 67-70 have a distribution block that can be used. |
