Follow the links to in our on-line
catalog to the parts you wish to purchase. Complete Name, Shipping
Address and Credit Card information. You may pay by Visa, Mastercard, Discover,
American Express, PayPal or PayByCheck. Submit the order and you will receive
an e-mail confirmation. If you prefer not to transmit your order
on-line, you may print your order, then:

| Delivery |
| Please allow 10 days for
delivery prior to inquiring about your order. We do not stock all
parts available through our catalogs and some may be drop shipped from
our suppliers. Paint orders cannot be shipped by air due to government
regulations and are therefore shipped UPS Ground and will take longer. |

| Shipping
Charges |
Normal Shipping:
Shipping charges are computed when
you place and on-line order and added to the total shown in the shopping
cart for orders that can be delivered by UPS or by the US Postal Service.
Most order in the continental U.S. are shipped by UPS. There will be a
$3.00 handling charge for each box to cover time and materials required
to ship.
Truck Freight
for large Parts:
When you see
this image, the order is too large for UPS and will be shipped Truck
Freight (pre-paid) - Minimum is $ 65.00. The
shopping cart may show no shipping charges. You will be notified
by e-mail of the exact charges. Please check for damage before signing
for parts shipped Truck Freight. If the parts were damaged in route,
do not accept the part and notify Metro.
Foreign Orders
Foreign order shipping charges will
be coordinated with the purchaser by e-mail. We will ship by the
most economic means possible. |

| Returns |
No returns are allowed on any parts
60 days after purchase.
Sorry, no returns on electical parts,
special ordered carpet colors, all used parts, any new parts that have
been installed or not returned in their original box or packaging Note
- There will be a 25% restocking fee on returned parts.
Important - Please inspect packaging
and contents for damage upon receipt. UPS
requires orginal packaging for inspection
in order to process a claim. Do not break
down or throw away package. Buyer
must notify seller within 5 business days or risk
nullification of exchange or refund
policy. Every item shipped is thoroughly inspected
for damage before shipping.
Please call before returning an item
for authorization. Send a copy of the invoice and the reason for
your return. Freight must be paid by you unless the item is defective. |

| Inspect any opened or damaged boxes,
report to carrier and file a claim. When items are returned to us
we will reship. |
