| What are the original colors for this year, make and model? |
| Colors listed for each carpet are believed to be the closest match to the OEM colors. You may view the color on our carpet samle pages. |
| How do you choose custom colors? |
| We can supply carpet in any color shown on our sample pages, including extreme colors and vinyl, but carpet in colors other than those listed for you car are special ordered and cannot be returned for credit or refund. |
| Do you keep items in stock? |
| We don't keep anything in stock. All carpets and floor mats are made per order. |
| How do you order extra yardage to match? |
| Extra carpet material and padding can be ordered by the yard. |

| How wide is the yardage? |
| In our Cutpile, 80/20 loop, Nylon loop it comes 72” wide. Daytona is 54” wide, Tuxedo is 49” wide, and our Trinidad comes 55” wide. |
| Are floor mats identical to the original factory mats? |
| They are designed by our vender to fit your car, but since they are not supplied from the original manufacturer are not identical to the originals |
| When ordering floor mats, how do I choose a logo? |
| Logos may be purchased on line after you have selected your floor mats. Choice of thread color is offered. |
| Do floor mats have a precut hole in the rear corner for an anchor? |
| Some have the hole. We are adding that feature to most of the late models now. |

| Does the carpet come with cut outs? |
| A few of our molds will come with cut outs. However, our pickups will not come with any cut outs. |
| Do the carpets come with padding? |
| Yes. Our carpets will come with padding. |
| How thick is the padding? |
| ½” thick |
| Is the padding attached to the carpet? |
| The padding will come attached only on our carpets. Anything vinyl will be left unattached |

| Do carpets come with an original heel pad? |
| If it came factory with a heel pad, ours will also include an original heel pad. |
| What is mass back? |
| Ethylene vinyl acetate 40 ml thick. It adds moldilbility, sound deadening, and insulation. |
| Do you send out samples? |
| If you have doubts about the correct color, we prefer for you to send us a sample of your carpet cut from an inconspicious place and let us match the color. |
| Are carpet and floor mats returnable if I ordered the wrong color? |
| Yes,
if the color is listed as a standard color below the text box where you
enter your color choice.
Carpet ordered in other colors are considered special ordered and are not returnable. So if you have any question as to the correct color, send us a sample of your carpet for a color match.. |
