All Motors are Sold on an Exchange Basis

The price of our remanufactured motors includes a core charge which
will be refunded upon receipt of your rebuildable exchange motor.
IF NO CORE IS SENT or IF CORE IS NOT REPAIRABLE - NO REFUND IS DUE

The following steps outline our Core Refund policy.

1.	You will receive two copies of the sales invoice by mail after the motor is shipped.
2.	One copy is your reciept and the other will be marked "Core Exchange Copy"
3.	Return your exchange motor along with the "Core Exchange Copy" by U.S. Postal Service or UPS to:
	Metro Parts Market 2576 West Point Ave. College Park, GA. 30337
	Note - "Core Exchange Copy" of receipt must be returned with motor for refund!!
4.	Return of the core charge will be by the same method used to purchase the motor. If you paid by check, we will send a check for the core charge. If you paid by credit card, we will credit your account. If by PayPal, the return will be by PayPal.
5.	Please allow 7-10 days for UPS to deliver the motor to us and another 7-10 days to determine if the core is rebuildable before the credit can be processed
6.	Please return the core within 30 days of purchase to receive the full refund. Cores received after 30 days will receive 50% credit on the refund.
